TIGER BLUE
This blue has some teeth to it. Rich, slightly salty with a nice bite. Definitely a favourite with the Blue Cheese crowd. Tiger Blue’s intense flavour is developed from the blue veining found throughout the cheese.
DOUBLE CREAM CAMEMBERT
Creamy luscious and subtle, with notes of white truffles. Our Camembert is hand turned twice a week to ensure an even growth of its characteristic lovely white bloom.
NARAMATA BENCH BLUE
Distinctive yet mild, blue on the surface, creamy camembert-like inside, a hint of salt, and a lingering sweetness on the finish. Aged three weeks, and best enjoyed after 6-8 weeks.
HARVEST MOON
Creamy, complex flavour, with a hint of salt and an earthy aroma. The Harvest Moon, washed in a salt brine once a week for three weeks, offers an exquisite taste for the cheese connoisseur.
BENCH BLANC
Our Newest addition. A fresh cheese, our take on a cream cheese. Lightly salted, smooth buttery flavour with a bit of tang. Slightly crumbly.
